Dieses Protokoll ist indiziert bei vollst\u00e4ndigem Verlust der bukkalen Wand in Kombination mit einem d\u00fcnnen parodontalem Biotyp oder dem Vorliegen einer gingivalen Rezession. Das IDR II-Protokoll erkl\u00e4rt den Umgang mit kompromitierten Alveolen ohne oder mit geringer Knochenrestsubstanz in Kombination mit Sofortimplantat, Knochenrekonstruktion und individualisiertem Provisorium in einer Sitzung unter Verwendung einer Kombination aus Knochen- und Weichgewebetransplantat, die aus dem Tuber maxillae entnommen wurde.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]\u2022 Der gesch\u00e4digte Zahn wird extrahiert und das Granulationsgewebe sowie parodontale Fasern entfernt.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Die Densah\u00ae-Bohrer werden im OD-Modus (gegen Uhrzeigersinn) verwendet, um die Osteotomie vorzubereiten und den Knochen zu verdichten.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Das Implantat wird in der palatinalen Knochenwand verankert.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ein Dreifachtransplantat wird entnommen.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ein vorgefertigtes Provisorium mit einem entsprechend geformten Austrittsprofil wird mit dem Implantat verschraubt (keine zementierte Versorgung).<\/span>

Die Densah\u00ae-Bohrer werden zur Pr\u00e4paration der Osteotomie genutzt. Mit dem Densah\u00ae-Pilotbohrer wird im Uhrzeigersinn rotierend der Implantatpfad bis zu einer Tiefe, die der Implantatl\u00e4nge entspricht, angelegt. Je nach Dimemsion und Form des Implantats werden die Densah\u00ae-Bohrer in der empfohlenen Reihenfolge der implantatspezifischen Bohrprotokolle eingesetzt. * Beginnend mit dem (2,0) Densah\u00ae-Bohrer werden die Bohrer gegen den Uhrzeigersinn mit einer Umdrehung von 800-1500 U\/min und ausreichend Irrigation angewandt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bei der Nachuntersuchung zeigt sich ein stabiles periimplant\u00e4res Weichgewebe in Bezug auf Gingivarand und Interdentalpapillen.
\nDie DVT-Aufnahme 3 Jahre nach dem Eingriff zeigt eine stabile bukkale Knochenwand (H\u00f6he und Dicke).<\/p>\n
