D\u00e9terminer le diam\u00e8tre, la profondeur et l\u2019angulation d\u00e9finitifs de l\u2019implant, le positionnement du manchon C-Guide\u00ae et la s\u00e9quence de forage avec les fraises Densah\u00ae n\u00e9cessaires (figure 3). S\u2019assurer que la base du guide chirurgical se situe \u00e0 2 mm maximum au-dessus du niveau de la cr\u00eate osseuse alv\u00e9olaire. Le guide Versah est un guide de niveau osseux. La distance maximale entre le manchon C-Guide\u00ae et le niveau de la cr\u00eate osseuse est de 2 mm, plus 1 mm pour l\u2019\u00e9paulement du manchon C-Guide\u00ae, soit un d\u00e9calage de 3 mm. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Suivez le protocole de forage sp\u00e9cifique au syst\u00e8me implantaire recommand\u00e9 (https:\/\/versahinternational.com\/clinical-versahtility\/implant-system-protocols\/). <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Utilisez\u00a0<\/span>les<\/span>\u00a0but\u00e9es G-Stop\u00ae par paliers. Par exemple : commencez par la but\u00e9e G-Stop\u00ae de 5 mm pour marquer l\u2019ost\u00e9otomie et d\u00e9finir la trajectoire\u00a0<\/span>du forage initial<\/span>\u00a0\u00e0 2 mm de profondeur (d\u00e9calage de 5 \u00e0 3 mm), comme illustr\u00e9 sur la figure 3. Remplacez la but\u00e9e de 5 mm par la but\u00e9e de longueur suivante appropri\u00e9e pour atteindre la profondeur souhait\u00e9e. Proc\u00e9dez par paliers de profondeur (ne sautez pas plus d\u2019un palier pour une pr\u00e9cision maximale) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la profondeur finale (figure 4).
